Va-Q-tec and Unitrans Ltd. have announced their strategic partnership for high performance thermal packaging solutions in Japan. Unitrans, a Mitsubishi Logistics Group company, will be offering box fulfilment services based on va-Q-tec’s temp chain packaging portfolio.
Advanced passive box rentals with va-Q-proof, are now offered by Unitrans provide temperature controlled solutions for three standard temperature ranges: -25°C to -15°C, +2°C to +8°C and +15°C to +25°C in several sizes. The Fulfillment Centre at Unitrans will begin offering va-Q-tec’s small-box rental service to customers in June 2018.
Unitrans COO, Yuji Fujita, sees great potential in the partnership with va-Q-tec, “Osaka is an important distribution hub for pharmaceuticals in Japan.
