UPS appoints Sahil Jaggi as the new managing director for Singapore and Malaysia, as of 1 April 2021. With more than a decade of experience in UPS across marketing and leadership roles, Sahil will lead UPS’s express delivery and logistics operations across these two markets.
In his new role, Sahil is responsible for charting the strategic direction of the business and driving customer growth and retention in UPS Singapore and Malaysia. Sahil’s experience in marketing places him in a strong position to capture new opportunities from Singapore and Malaysia to expand UPS’s footprint, the US-express giant says.
“I am excited to embark on this new opportunity to ensure continued growth for UPS in Singapore and Malaysia,” says Sahil. “These markets are key logistics nodes in the Asian and global supply chains, and we have seen Singaporean and Malaysian businesses demonstrate tremendous resiliency this past year.

Sahil was most recently UPS’s director of marketing for the Products and Industry Segments in the Asia Pacific, where he held the position since September 2017. In that role, he helped boost UPS’s competitiveness through the deployment of new products like UPS Worldwide Economy and My Choice, as well as enhanced existing products, and substantially improved UPS’s industry intelligence. He also led UPS’s industry segment effort that helped deliver strong value propositions to customers.
Sahil holds an MBA Degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, USA and Sorbonne University, Paris, France. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Pune India.
